GGA Pest Management Services is one of a very few pest control companies in the United States to be selected as a QualityPro and GreenPro company. Both programs are administered by the National Pest Management Association.
Quality Pro was the first program set up to increase professionalism in the pest management industry. This dynamic program certifies companies based on comprehensive standards. QualityPro is known as “the mark of excellence in pest control”. Selected companies are a distinguished group that continue to act as leaders and pioneers to better serve consumers across the country.
Both QualityPro and GreenPro companies must adhere to several standards, including:
- All employees must undergo a comprehensive background check before ever showing up to service your account.
- Companies must have a drug-free workplace policy.
- Motor vehicle record checks must be conducted on all employees that drive a company vehicle or a personal vehicle for company business.
- Must adhere to a dress code.
- Companies must provide you with a warranty/service agreement that clearly outlines the scope of service.
- Sales and service technicians must meet minimum testing. All companies must have insurance minimums in place for workers comp, general liability and vehicles.
- And several other requirements.
In addition to the above all companies are subject to random audits.
Achieving the GreenPro certification requires additional standard above that of the QualityPro. Participating GreenPro companies will:
- Provide green pest management training and testing for all sales persons and technicians selling or providing green services.
- Designate a manager that must attend a comprehensive green training program and whom is responsible for ensuring that the company is complying with GreenPro standards.
- Create a unique partnership with you to determine the best and most responsible way to solve your pest problems.
- Inspect and monitor the structure being serviced.
- Eliminate sources of food, water and shelter that pests need to survive.
- And several other requirements.
